Unless specified, all utilities are the tenants responsibility. To view the home we ask that you come by the office Mon-Fri between 10:00am and 3:00pm to check out a key to view the properties that you are interested in BEFORE submitting your application.

Cats and Small Dogs allowed at this property. $250 non-refundable fee per pet and $20/month in pet rent per pet.

Applicant Requirements:
- Rent below $1,000 - Credit Score of 550+
- Rent above $1,000 - Credit Score 600+
- No criminal history
- No evictions within the last 5 years
- Income must be at least 3x the monthly rent
(Can be verified w/ Paystubs for past 60 days, Signed Job offer, Previous year’s Taxes)
